An email address and a few minutes. You add your company, then your first project and your client, and you get a private link to send them.
No. They open a link on their phone, choose a password, and that's it.
You send them their own invite link, on WhatsApp or however you like. They set a password and see only their own project, nobody else's.
Only what you choose to share. New expenses start hidden, and the totals your client sees never include them.
They can dispute it and say why. You both see the result, and nothing counts towards the total until it's sorted.
Yes. When a payment needs their confirmation, a new site update is posted or a stage is finished, they get a notification in the app and an email. You can also send a reminder yourself with one tap.
Yes. Photos are shrunk on your phone before they upload and are retried if the signal drops, so an update from a site with poor reception still goes through.
